These Terms govern your access to services provided by Bz Technology Services, LLC. By engaging our managed IT and technology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreements
Specific deliverables, timelines, and performance goals for IT services (such as managed support, cloud services, cybersecurity, and projects) will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. These Terms apply generally to all engagements.
2. Client Obligations
To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, including systems, user accounts, hardware, software licenses, and relevant documentation. Delays in providing these assets may impact response times, project timelines, and overall outcomes.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices for recurring managed services and project work are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Bz Technology Services, LLC reserves the right to suspend or limit services for overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Any documentation, configurations, or reports generated by Bz Technology Services, LLC specifically for your business become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bz Technology Services, LLC retains the rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre‑existing code or scripts.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We utilize third‑party platforms and vendors (including but not limited to cloud providers, software vendors, and security tools) to deliver services. You acknowledge that your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Bz Technology Services, LLC is not liable for outages, data loss, or account suspensions caused by third‑party platform failures or policy violations outside our control.
